The Tourism Complex
On the shores of one of nature’s greatest wonders, in the midst of enchanting desert and sea landscapes that attract hundreds of thousands of travelers and medical tourists, the Ministry of Tourism is setting up the exclusive Dead Sea Valley complex that blends into the natural surroundings and offers you the opportunity of a lifetime to take part in realizing a tourism dream.
Come and see
The Israeli government is launching the Dead Sea Valley Complex on the shores of the Dead Sea. This is a national project of unprecedented scope and scale that has a substantial government investment and commitment, with the goal of making the Dead Sea Valley one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the world. The Dead Sea Preservation Government Company (DSPG), which develops the Complex, on behalf of Israel Ministry of Tourism, invites visionary entrepreneurs from Israel and overseas to take part in this unique project.
The lots overlook the spectacular views of the Dead Sea, and feature all the qualities that will turn this purchase into an investment of a lifetime. Each lot presents an amazing window of opportunity to build luxurious hotels in accordance with the highest international standards. The hotels will be spread out over large areas, allowing the construction of large and spacious rooms, ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility.
The first entrepreneurs to participate in the project will be able to choose among the existing lots the lot most suitable for their goals. All the lots feature stunning views and unique qualities, as well as differ in size and location.
The Israeli government sees the development of the Dead Sea Land as a national goal and is investing 850 million NIS in massive environmental development.
As part of the government’s commitment to the development of the tuorism complex, investors and entrepreneurs will enjoy a variety of significant benefits, grants and incentives.
The master plan of the project was created by Moshe Safdie, one of the most prominent architects and urban designers of our time. The architectural vision of the project represents an exotic destination that corresponds with the location and its unique natural characteristics.
Moshe Safdie is a world-renowned architect, whose works include awe-inspiring luxurious hotels, commercial and entertainment centers, airports, residential and tourism projects, public buildings, museums and cultural centers worldwide.
Safdie’s portfolio includes: the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Kansas City, Missouri and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Bentonville, Arkansas.
One of the most spectacular projects designed by Safdie is the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort and casino in Singapore, which has become its icon and landmark in recent years.
In addition to numerous awards received over the years, in 2015, Safdie received the American Institute of Architects Gold Medal, which is considered the most acclaimed decoration in the field of architecture.
