The Tourism Complex

The Israeli government is launching the Dead Sea Valley Complex on the shores of the Dead Sea. This is a national project of unprecedented scope and scale that has a substantial government investment and commitment, with the goal of making the Dead Sea Valley one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the world. The Dead Sea Preservation Government Company (DSPG), which develops the Complex, on behalf of Israel Ministry of Tourism, invites visionary entrepreneurs from Israel and overseas to take part in this unique project.

The lots overlook the spectacular views of the Dead Sea, and feature all the qualities that will turn this purchase into an investment of a lifetime. Each lot presents an amazing window of opportunity to build luxurious hotels in accordance with the highest international standards. Moshe Safdie is a world-renowned architect, whose works include awe-inspiring luxurious hotels, commercial and entertainment centers, airports, residential and tourism projects, public buildings, museums and cultural centers worldwide.

Safdie’s portfolio includes: the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Kansas City, Missouri and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Bentonville, Arkansas.

One of the most spectacular projects designed by Safdie is the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort and casino in Singapore, which has become its icon and landmark in recent years.

In addition to numerous awards received over the years, in 2015, Safdie received the American Institute of Architects Gold Medal, which is considered the most acclaimed decoration in the field of architecture.
